The Emerging Professionals Buddy Program is seeking applications from all undergraduates, graduates and experienced professionals who would be interested in participating in the program for 2026. This Program is designed so that aspiring or newly joined professionals can come together with experienced professionals to network, socialise and share knowledge. This is a great opportunity to form relationships, receive guidance and get a unique insight into the transport industry.
The Program will run over the course of 6 months where each mentee (Junior Buddy) will be paired with a mentor (Experienced Buddy) based on similar areas of interest, where possible. Each Junior and Experienced Buddy will be given the freedom to approach the Program in any manner that best accommodates the individuals and make the most of this opportunity. In addition, networking and socialising events are organised so that other Buddies in the Program can come together as a group. Subject to overall participation levels and pairing compatibility, participants may also have the opportunity for a second pairing later in the program.
