Urbis is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join its NSW Transport team and provide expert transport engineering and planning advice on some of the state's most significant development, infrastructure, and city-shaping projects. As a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, Urbis is committed to creating positive community impact through innovative and sustainable urban solutions. In this leadership role, you will deliver high-quality traffic and transport advice across a diverse project portfolio, lead transport impact assessments and traffic engineering analysis, manage projects from inception to completion, and oversee commercial performance, forecasting, and budgeting. You will also contribute to strategic transport advisory work, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and help grow the transport practice through strong client relationships and business development. The ideal candidate will bring more than 10 years' experience in transport planning and traffic engineering, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications. You will be recognised as a trusted technical advisor with extensive experience in transport impact assessments, intersection analysis, access and parking design, and a strong understanding of NSW transport standards and approval processes. Proven leadership, project management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen are essential to thrive in this role.
