The role involves preparing Traffic Impact Assessments, traffic and transport reports, and technical memoranda for development and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include traffic analysis (intersection performance, queues, and capacity using tools such as SIDRA), swept‑path assessments, access and circulation design inputs, and interpretation of traffic, parking, pedestrian, and cycling data. The position supports clear technical reporting, liaison with clients, councils, and project teams, and contributes to internal tools and a collaborative Queensland office culture.
Key skills include strong technical and analytical capability, clear written and verbal communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a practical, solutions‑focused approach. Desirable experience includes CAD, swept‑path software, GIS, data analysis tools, and knowledge of Australian standards. A Civil Engineering degree and 3–5 years’ relevant experience are preferred.
