Presentation Submission Process

In 2026, in place of the OTCS, we are coordinating a National CPD program, commencing in April 2026, that features a series of webinars on the topics that have been rated by our members as most relevant to attend in 2026.

We seek a wide variety of presenters and topics from different sectors (state and local government, private sector, research) and jurisdictions. Webinar sessions will last between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the topic and the strength of the EOIs. If there is enough interest, we may hold multiple sessions on the same topic.

We invite expressions of interest through a straightforward abstract submission process.

If you possess experience and expertise in any of these topics and would like to share your case studies, research, or insights into the latest trends, please use the submission form to send us your EOI.

Before submitting a presentation for consideration for the 2026 National CPD Program, please ensure you are aware of and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Presenter Responsibilities

Confirm your proposal is accurate before submission. Changes may not be possible after final submission.
Ensure you have the right to submit this presentation. It must be your own work or your organisation’s work
If your abstract is accepted, the main contact must coordinate co-presenters and keep the Transport Professionals Association (TPA) informed.
Submitting a presentation for consideration does not automatically confirm that you will present in the 2026 National CPD Program. This will be dependent on program structure and CPD Requirements.

Review and Use of Information

All presentations will be reviewed by the end of February 2026, with successful presenters notified of sessions and details in March 2026.
Transport Professionals Association (TPA) may request changes to meet session and/or CPD requirements.
Approved proposals may be shared with third parties, including session chairs, review panels and for operational purposes.
Submissions are managed securely online via the Transport Professionals Association CRM. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Withdrawals

You may withdraw your presentation by submitting a request in writing to events@transportprofessionals.com.au.
Presenters are required to give a minimum of 2 weeks' notice (prior to their allocated session) of withdrawal when the CPD program commences.

Content and Conduct

Discriminatory or harmful content is strictly prohibited.
Do not present confidential information. All content should be suitable for public sharing.

Communication Requirements

Accepted presenters must respond to any Transport Professionals Association (TPA) queries within 7 working days of receipt of correspondence.
