Stantec’s Transport Planning and Advisory team partners with clients to deliver traffic and transport solutions for the community. We are seeking a Team Leader / Principal Transport Engineer to join our South Brisbane team.
In this role, you’ll provide leadership that aligns with our strategy, vision, and culture, representing the business internally and externally. Alongside your technical responsibilities as a Principal Transport Engineer, you’ll guide the team’s performance and development.
Your work will include complex problem‑solving, innovative analysis, SIDRA assessments, report writing, and client engagement. You’ll ensure your team is fully utilised, collaborate with project managers on resourcing, and support team capability through training and skill development.
