We’re looking for a Senior Transport Planner to join our Sydney team and deliver a wide range of transport planning projects.
The role includes managing and leading work such as active transport and parking strategies, integrated transport plans, master planning, public transport advisory, network studies and TMAPs. You’ll mentor junior team members, support resource planning, and collaborate with national transport specialists and multidisciplinary teams.
Day to day, you’ll manage transport planning projects, prepare proposals and feasibility studies, provide technical advice, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute innovative solutions.
To succeed, you’ll need a degree in engineering or planning, 5+ years’ experience (ideally consultancy), strong communication skills, the ability to simplify complex issues, experience analysing transport data, and preferably advanced GIS skills.
