We’re seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to lead our transport infrastructure projects and guide a high-performing team of designers and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and detailed design of road and transport infrastructure projects from concept through to delivery.
• Provide technical leadership across geometric design, road safety, traffic engineering interfaces and design standards.
• Oversee multidisciplinary coordination and ensure design quality, compliance and innovation.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Contribute to bids, proposals, and strategic business planning.
About You
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia (mandatory).
• Significant experience in road design within an Australian consultancy environment.
