About this event
Careers in Transport is an annual industry panel event delivered in collaboration with Monash University, bringing together transport professionals with approximately 7–15 years of experience to share their career journeys and insights into working in the sector. Targeted towards students and early career professionals, attendees will gain practical advice on pathways into transport, day-to-day roles, and industry expectations through a short presentation followed by a discussion and Q&A. The session concludes with informal networking with speakers and peers, with panelists representing a mix of public, private and academic backgrounds.
While the event is tailored towards emerging professionals and students looking to build and navigate their careers, it is open to all who are interested in learning more about the industry and the different career pathways available. Whether you are just starting out or looking for inspiration to take the next step, this session will provide valuable perspectives and networking opportunities.
Registrations close Monday 16 March 2026.
