The Transport Professionals Association National Transport Conference is Australia’s leading annual gathering for transport professionals — bringing together people from government, industry, consultancy and academia to share expertise, debate ideas and build connections that strengthen our profession.
In 2027, we’re excited to bring the Conference to Sydney (Gadigal Country) in September.
To deliver a standout Sydney conference with strong local flavour and national impact, we’re now inviting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for Conference Co‑Convenors and Conference Committee volunteers. Co‑Convenors are the local leads who help guide the event and lead the Conference Committee in collaboration with the CEO and national team.
Whether you’re keen to shape the program, review abstracts, secure sponsorship, support the trade exhibition, plan networking events, coordinate workshops, or help bring the event to life on the ground, there’s a meaningful role for you.
We welcome EOIs from members at any career stage — if you’re passionate about the future of transport and want to contribute, we’d love to hear from you.
